Since 1969, Combined Employees Credit Union has been committed to providing a more personal banking experience. How It Started
Combined Employees Credit Union was founded on October 6, 1969, with a simple but powerful vision—to provide affordable financial services to working people in our community. What began with just six members and $200 in assets has grown into a trusted financial institution serving more than 2,600 members with over five decades of dedicated service.
From the very beginning, our focus has remained the same: putting our members first. As a member-owned cooperative, we have grown not by pursuing profits, but by investing in the financial well-being of the people we serve. Every milestone we’ve achieved has been made possible by the trust and loyalty of our members and the dedication of our employees and volunteers.
Over the years, we’ve expanded our products, embraced new technology, and adapted to the changing financial needs of our members while never losing sight of the values on which we were founded. Today, Combined Employees Credit Union continues to provide the personal service, financial guidance, and community commitment that have defined us since 1969.
While much has changed over the years, one thing has remained constant is our commitment to helping members achieve their financial goals and building relationships that last for generations.
